FOCUS AREA: RELATIONSHIPS WITH EMPLOYERS AND POLICY MAKERS

PREAMBLE:
This involves all the aspects that deals exclusively with Hospital Pharmacy have compliance with Legislation, Standards, Acts which determine the conditions of service and termination of employment that will apply to members of the Association, including the right to recognise and deal with trade unions, staff associations, or any other employee groups. It furthers deals with the insurance that the policy makers recognises the need of facility compliance in order to ensure efficient and effective service delivery with the correct skills mix in the staffing component.
