SAAHIP.org.za is a web based communications platform for all members of the South African Association of Hospital and Institutional Pharmacists (SAAHIP) who have registered themselves on this website to participate in a dynamic communication process and receive relevant and pertinent information for hospital and institutional pharmacists practicing in South Africa. The site was specifically developed for the pharmacy professional in mind that is a registered member of SAAHIP and is serious about issues of importance to hospital and institutional pharmacy and wishes to keep abreast of the latest developments in their respective clinical fields.

Any SAAHIP.org.za user may only use this site to browse the content presented therein, make comments on issues for which such are invited, however is prohibited including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent claims or commit plagiarism. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without the express and exclusive permission of the SAAHIP Executive Committee. Deep-linking, embedding or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws.

Information offered on SAAHIP.org.za does not represent an opinion of SAAHIP, its Executive Committee, or its members. Opinions offered are those of the individual making the representations.

Moreover, any clinical advice offered is ONLY subjective advice from fellow hospital or institutional pharmacists, intended to assist in the decision making of the professional requesting information, and not advice to a specific patient's condition. The advice is intended to provide only a guideline for a hospital or institutional pharmacist and does not constitute the delegation or ceding of professional responsibility from the individual requesting information or guidance in the first instance to those providing such.

In some circumstances there may be a surcharge for handling dangerous goods. The surcharge is dependent on numerous factors and therefore cannot be predetermined. The customer will be contacted and made aware of these surcharges before the order is placed.
